Herbs Etc Deep Sleep ReviewHerbs Etc Deep Sleep is a non-prescription sleep aid product meant for people who struggle with occasional sleep struggles. These pills are sold in the form of softgels and come in bottles of 60 pills.

These supplements are marketed to people who struggle to be able to fall asleep at night, or who find themselves waking up in the middle of the night, before they’re ready to get up in the morning. They are meant for people who can’t get the sleep they need some nights in order to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and rested.

The website for Herbs Etc Deep Sleep claims that using this pill will help to reduce the amount of time needed to be able to fall asleep. It does so by decreasing the amount of “excessive mind chatter.” That is, it helps to slow down an overactive mind to make it more restful and make it easier to fall asleep.

The website also describes this product as being able to help a user to sleep restfully through the night despite the otherwise inability to fall asleep from tiredness. Users will not, says the website, wake up feeling tired or groggy. They will also not suffer from an agitated or fitful sleep.

In fact, the official description for this product claims that its use will “re-educate” a user’s brain center in order to establish positive sleep patterns.

This product is not associated with unwanted side effects, said the official website, and it is not habit forming. Furthermore, using this product will not get in the way of achieving REM sleep.

That said, to understand whether or not this product hast the potential to work safely, it’s important to take a closer look at the ingredients in Herbs Etc Deep Sleep. At the time this review was written, the ingredients listed in the Herbs Etc Deep Sleep formula were: Fresh California Poppy plant, fresh Valerian root, fresh Passionflower herb tip, fresh Chamomile flower, fresh Lemon Balm herb, fresh Oat seed in milky stage and Orange peel.

These are all ingredients commonly used in the over the counter sleep aid market. These ingredients are used for their soothing effects because they help to calm the body and mind. There is nothing to indicate that they could “re-educate” the brain for new sleep patterns, but they may help to create a more restful body and mind when combined with healthy sleep hygiene, in order to promote better sleep.

To use Herbs Etc Deep Sleep according to the directions on the package, one softgel should be taken with some water about an hour before bedtime. A second softgel should be taken at bedtime. Three nights of this routine are required for best results, says the package, though it is not clear why.

  • So far, it is not doing what it claims to do. I am still waking up before I want to get up. When I do sleep through the night, I am not waking up feeling rested. I have been using it for over a week now.
