Sleep Now Reviews[starratingmulti id=1 tpl=12]

There are a lot of sleep supplements out there that you can buy over the counter when you are having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep each night. But, they are not all created equal, so it’s important to gather plenty of information on them, as doing so will help you make the right choice.

One product that’s worth checking out is Herbalife Sleep Now. But, what does it have to offer, and is it worth trying?

What Is Herbalife Sleep Now?

Herbalife Sleep Now is a nonprescription insomnia supplement that is designed to help to overcome the occasional struggle with sleepless nights, which can lead to problems with mood, vitality, and health. This herbal formula is marketed as being non-addictive and made out of natural ingredients in order to help to achieve a good night’s rest.

The manufacturers of Herbalife Sleep Now claim that the product is endorsed by doctors at UCLA.

The product is priced competitively, at $13.25 per bottle of 60 tablets at the time of this review. According to the dosage instructions on the product, 1 to 2 tablets should be taken before bedtime. This means that the product can be used for 30 to 60 nights per bottle.

What Are the Ingredients in This Formula?

The primary ingredient in Herbalife Sleep Now is melatonin. Melatonin is naturally produced by your body in order to maintain your sleep cycle. When the body does not contain enough melatonin, it can result in struggles falling asleep, which can then result in anxiety, fatigue, restlessness, depression, and poor performance.

Aside from melatonin, the formula also contains natural ingredients such as:

  • Passionflower
  • Valerian
  • Hops

These are all very common ingredients in herbal supplements to help to achieve a better sleep. The valerian in Herbalife Sleep Now helps to overcome nervous tension that could be causing the individual to struggle to fall asleep. Passionflower is known for helping the body to relax, and has also been used as a sedative. Hops is also an ingredient that helps the body to ease its tensions away so that a better and deeper sleep can be achieved.

Although these ingredients are known to be quite effective as a sleep aid, they are non-addictive. This is an important feature of Herbalife Sleep Now, as many products designed for this purpose are habit forming and can cause significant disturbances in the ability to fall asleep if used over a long period of time.

What Makes This Product Different from Others Like It?

It should also be noted that unlike many other products in the sleep aid marketplace, Herbalife Sleep Now does not cause its users to feel drowsy or groggy when they wake up the next morning. A common side effect of many prescription and over the counter sleep medications is that they leave the user feeling “hung over” the next day. With this product, on the other hand, you can wake up feeling well rested after a full night of sleep.

The primary drawback to Herbalife Sleep Now is that it may not be strong enough to overcome anything but mild occasional sleeping struggles.

Did You Know? There’s a Connection Between Sleep and Weight Loss!

Another reason why it’s worth turning to a sleep supplement: there’s a connection between sleep and weight loss, according to Mayo Clinic. Experts believe that sleep can affect hunger hormones, as well as metabolism. When you don’t get enough sleep, your appetite is likely to increase.

Now that you know more about Herbalife Sleep Now, you can make a more informed decision regarding whether or not this is the right product for your needs, especially if you have been experiencing trouble with getting enough sleep each night. But, if you have tried sleep supplements and they have not been effective, consult with your doctor to figure out why you are having so much trouble sleeping.

Sorry but this does not work for real insomnia at all. At best I am only getting about 4 hrs of resltess sleep with it. If you are having real sleep issues go for something stronger.
