LUNA Kids is a sleep aid targeted for use by children in order to help them to gain a more restful sleep at night. According to the official website’s description of this product, it is “as natural as a lullaby.”

This product is a blend of various herbs that is meant to taste good while providing children with a formula that will promote sleep throughout the night.

At the time this review was written, the ingredients in LUNA Kids included: vitamin D (300 IU), lemon balm herb powder (10 mg), valerian root powder (10 mg), stevia leaf extract (9 mg), chamomile flower powder (2 mg) and melatonin (0.2 mg).

The ingredients in this formula are pretty commonplace within the nonprescription sleep aid industry. These are all substances that are found in capsules, tablets and powders throughout the supplement shelves as many people find them to be quite helpful. That said, the important thing to recognize about this particular formula is that it contains melatonin.

Melatonin is also a common ingredient in sleep aids. It is a type of hormone that the body produces naturally in order to help establish a healthy sleep cycle. However, it’s important to note that the supplements in which it is usually found are geared toward adults.
