SleepTight is a sleep aid supplement by GoodLife Nutrition. It is an over the counter product that claims to be made exclusively with natural ingredients. The promise made on its official manufacturer website and on the sales pages of other online marketplaces where it is sold, such as Amazon, promise that this product will be non-habit forming, that it will help users to sleep well and that they will wake up feeling refreshed.

The sales page goes to the extent of outright promising that the users of SleepTight will have a restful sleep and will wake up feeling refreshed. The promise was made on behalf of the people who formulated the product in the first place. Moreover, they also claim to back up that claim with a money back guarantee. Details about that guarantee are sparse on both the official site and on the third party sales pages. That said, it does promise 100% money back. It is assumed that there are terms to go with that, though they could not be identified at the time of the writing of this review.

Aside from sleeping all night and feeling refreshed the next day, the makers of the SleepTight sleep aid also promise that users will not awaken the next day feeling the “hangover” often associated with other sleep support products and prescription drugs. This means, that when this product is used according to the package directions, it shouldn’t leave users feeling groggy at the start of the next day.

The way this product is supposed to work is to calm and relax a user before going to bed. Many people find it difficult to wind down after a busy day. Their bodies are exhausted but their minds remain highly active. A racing mind can keep someone up throughout the entire night. This product is meant to help people to overcome that occasional struggle so they can become restful and fall asleep.

At the time this review was written, the SleepTight formula consisted of: L-tryptophan, valerian, goji berry, chamomile, lemon balm, passion fruit, L-taurine, hops, St. John’s wort, gaba, skullcap, L-theanine, ashwaganda, inotisol, 5-HTP and melatonin.

The description of this product takes care to point out that the capsule is vegetable cellulose and not gelatin, making it vegetarian friendly. However, it should be pointed out that this product may not be as vegetarian appropriate as it sounds. The L-taurine in this product is an ingredient traditionally sourced from meat or fish. It is not made clear whether or not that ingredient is sourced in a vegetarian friendly way. The issue is that vegetarian sources of L-taurine are synthetic, and this product claims to be all natural. For that reason it may or may not be appropriate for vegetarians or vegans.
