In fact, it claims to be the only all-natural sleep formula that can make that claim. This product was developed to help improve a user’s quality of sleep, place the body in a state of restful balance and safely increase hormonal function.

The official website says that Kinobody Sleep users will be able to fall asleep more quickly, that they’ll remain asleep for a longer period of time and when they wake up in the morning, they will feel recharged and refreshed. This way, they will enjoy energy throughout the length of the day following the product’s use.

At the time this review was written, the Kinobody Sleep contained: magnesium, glycine, lemon balm extract, L-theanine, ashwagandha root powder, and evodia leaf powder extract. The product package provides the quantities for each of those ingredients.

None of the ingredients in this product are unique to this product. They are all found in other sleep supplements currently available. Therefore, this calls into question the manufacturer’s claim that this product is the only one that has 100 percent research-backed ingredients.

The official website also promises that the product demonstrates stimulation of greatly improved sleep in men and women, though it is not entirely clear what that statement is supposed to mean. Moreover, no research was cited on the official website to support that statement that could be located at the time this review was written.

That said, the official company website behind this product did have a page dedicated to citing research conducted on the ingredients in all its products. While some of the ingredients are better than others in terms of sleep promotion research results, what is true is that regardless of the outcomes, there was indeed research conducted.

This sleep aid is a powder, not a tablet or capsule. To take Kinobody Sleep, the product package recommends mixing one level (provided) scoop of the product with 8 to 10 ounces of warm water or “your preferred beverage.” This should be consumed a half hour to three quarters of an hour before bedtime.

This product’s ingredients may help to calm the mind and body in order to make it easier to fall asleep and stay sleeping. However, it’s important to note that it was not developed for individuals with chronic insomnia, whose sleeplessness is caused by a medication side effect, or whose sleep struggles are caused by pain.
