Eveluna ReviewEveluna is a nonprescription sleep aid created using natural ingredients in order to help people to sleep when they have been struggling to get the rest they need. This product was created and is sold by Dinosaur Nutrition.

The brand sells only 100 percent natural ingredients, calling them products “from the earth.” They also underscore transparency and honesty as their core values. That said, their official website offers very little information about this product. In fact, at the time this review was written, the only mention that could be found about this product is a picture of its package and a mention of its name. This was quite surprising from a company that defined its central value as transparency.

That said, more information is available on third party websites selling the product. For instance, its product description on one site underscored the fact that this formulation contains 19 natural ingredients. This is a tremendous number of substances for this type of product and it is surprising to see a list that long for this purpose. It is difficult to believe that there could be enough of all 19 ingredients in this formation to produce a measurable benefit from each one.

The Evaluna ingredients as listed on the package at the time this product was reviewed include: calcium citrate, vitamin B6, magnesium and a Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend of: L-tryptophan, valerian, gogi (wolfberry), chamomile, lemon balm, passion fruit, L-taurine, hops, St. John’s wort, GABA, skullcap, L-theanine, ashwaganda, inositol, 5-HTP and melatonin.

None of the ingredients in this list are unique to this formula. Gogi berry was a rather interesting addition as it has not been scientifically proven to have any association with a sedative effect. Unfortunately, the product description does not specify why each of those ingredients was included in the formulation. There are several ingredients that are known to ease anxiety and a mind that “won’t shut off” while there are others that are know for a mild sedative effect.

Unfortunately, as the ingredients list most of these substances as a part of a proprietary formulation, there is no way to know how much of each one the capsules contained. Without that information, it’s impossible to know if there is enough to provide users with any benefit at all.

Due to the fact that the manufacturer makes it rather challenging to learn about the product, that there are so many ingredients and no way of knowing how much of each has been used, and the fact that each of the ingredients can be found in other high quality formulas, it would be difficult to come up with a reason to choose this product over one with a manufacturer that takes the opportunity to inform its customers.
